A Prayer for Meditation
Suffering Servant, You know sorrow and grief. In my moments of deepest meditation, meet me. Ground me in the reality of Your sacrifice and the hope of resurrection. Help me sit with hard truths and find You in the silence. As myrrh accompanied You in death and life, accompany me through my own deaths and rebirths. Amen.
