A Prayer for Protection
Healer and Defender, You both bind wounds and set boundaries. Teach me to love without losing myself. Help me give freely while protecting my energy. Heal where I have been hurt by poor boundaries. Give me courage to say no when I must and compassion to say yes when I can. In healthy boundaries I find freedom. Amen.
